The mission of the parts specialist is to make every effort to find the part our customers need, regardless of the type of equipment.


  • Answer telephone calls and assist customers at the counter, providing advice and promoting specials and new products;
  • Store new products and returned products, or place them on the trolley after having previously identified the location;
  • Sort the lists of parts (Pick List Outstanding) on order by date and by parts sales representatives, to forward them to them;
  • Plan parts requirements, depending on repairs in the workshop or for new truck preparations.


The parts specialist has to be a person who excels in customer service, masters computer software, has experience in the transportation industry, has an intermediate level of spoken and written in english and is an outstanding team player.
